Job summary

General Job Description Oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, staff supervision, safety compliance, and coordination across departments/customers. Major Duties & Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities; motivate and discipline staff. Schedule warehouse team and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials. Review orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Ensure maintenance standards, health & safety compliance, and daily inspections. Maintain and ensure safe use of equipment. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers. Minor Duties Maintain clean & safe work environment and optimize space. Assist with deliveries as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred; Bachelor’s ideal. Experience: Prior Warehouse Supervisor or Manager experience required. Skills: Leadership, organization, multitasking, communication, problem‑solving. Other: Forklift license preferred; ability to work overtime; strong work ethic.

Requirements
