We Deliver the Goods: Growth opportunities performing essential work to support food distribution Safe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respect Position Details: $20.00 / hour starting Shift: Monday to Friday, start time TBD Start Date: TBD End Date: August 1st, 2027 Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for the sales and profitability growth of specific accounts in an assigned ledger which includes order taking, order processing, order guide maintenance, pricing maintenance within guidelines set by the sales manager, accounts receivable monitoring of assigned accounts. You are a team member of the broader Sales team and will perform duties as assigned to best serve the company. Position Responsibilities: Profitable growth of assigned customers; increasing line item penetration, gross profit dollars, per drop increases and overall increase in customer base. Responsible for account penetration and product presentations Presentation of ongoing promotions to accounts Responsible for customer/account issue resolution and providing exceptional service Perform other related duties as assigned. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations. Ability to perform detailed data entry work accurately and efficiently within deadlines. Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to type proficiently. Compensation $20.00 per hour starting

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of field sales, inside sales, or customer service experience. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving abilities, accurate data-entry skills, proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills, and an energetic, entrepreneurial spirit.
