Job summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the operational and executional needs of the marketing team across multiple brands. This role focuses on managing incoming requests, organizing information, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring that marketing activities flow smoothly between internal teams and external agency partners. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a variety of marketing projects, support initiatives spanning brand, digital, partnerships, and agency work, and build skills in marketing operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. There is also strong potential to take on increased responsibilities as the team and function continue to grow. The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively across departments to keep projects moving, maintain organized systems, and ensure all marketing inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. We are looking for an individual with the right balance of marketing experience, growth potential, and fit for the responsibilities the position is intended to support. The successful candidate will be helping manage the operational side of marketing. Key Responsibilities Coordination & Execution · Manage and track incoming marketing requests and task priorities · Gather, organize, and prepare information required for marketing initiatives · Support execution of marketing activities led by internal teams or agency partners · Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment ·Cross-Functional Collaboration · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations) to facilitate smooth execution of marketing deliverables · Coordinate assets, inputs, and approvals between internal stakeholders and external agencies · Maintain effective communication flows to ensure teams receive the information they need on time Organization & Systems Management · Maintain project trackers, timelines, calendars, workflow tools, and status documentation · Own the organization and upkeep of marketing assets, shared resources, and documentation systems, ensuring everything is easy to find and consistently updated · Keep marketing files, documents, and shared folders organized and accessible Reporting & Data Support · Pull lists, reports, and supporting data as needed for campaigns, evaluations, and internal updates · Support light reporting and tracking of marketing performance metrics (e.g., KPI snapshots, progress summaries) · Contribute to presentations, briefs, summaries, and internal documentation Key Qualifications · 2–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or project support · Experience in supporting campaigns, coordinating projects, managing competing priorities, and contributing to marketing initiatives. · B2B experience preferred (experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry is considered an asset) · Strong organizational and time management skills; detailed oriented is a must · Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities · Clear written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency with spreadsheets, project trackers, and presentation tools · Bilingual in English/French is considered an asset · Ability to work on-site, in office (Toronto) on a full-time basis Traits for Success · Process driven and highly organized · Proactive, dependable, and consistent with follow through · Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling deadlines · Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move work forward when information is evolving or incomplete · Ownership minded; enjoys structure and creating order · Curious and eager to grow marketing skill set Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: · RRSP match · 3 weeks vacation pay This role is hybrid remote (3 of 5 days in the office) We thank all applicants but will only contact those selected for interviews.
