Job Overview Reporting to the Vice-President as the Designer, you are responsible to assist customers with design selections and ensure accurate working plans are completed in a timely manner. You provide design expertise, coordinate project details, and support the overall design process from preliminary plans through to final working plans. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include Assisting customers with design selections and maintaining accurate meeting notes. Preparing preliminary plans and change modification requests and confirming details with customers for the creation of final working plans. Creating accurate 3D renders, plans, and elevations for measurements while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes. Collaborating with sales and production staff to ensure project information is communicated clearly across departments. Responding to customer and contractor inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Essential Requirements Diploma or certificate in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Architectural Technology, Engineering Design Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Interior Design, or related program of study. Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen and/or closet design programming. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Access, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Proficient in architectural drafting software, including Mozaik and DesignLive. Satisfactory verification of criminal record check. Requirements
