What You?ll Be Doing As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you?ll play an important role in helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment. You?ll also take on a variety of *administrative and front-office responsibilities* that help keep our practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include: * Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans * Educating patients about recommended treatment and helping them understand their options * Following up with patients regarding outstanding treatment * Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules * Assisting with dental insurance claims and inquiries * Supporting patient financing and payment discussions * Maintaining accurate patient records * Completing various administrative and office duties * Working closely with dentists and the rest of the dental team * Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience Why Join Us?
