Who You Are You’re a natural born leader and you know how to lead and inspire your team to be their best at work You’re an outgoing people person and you have exceptional communication skills You work with intensity and you like roll up your sleeves to get the job done You’re efficient, organized and enjoy working through challenges You manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities while working in a high-volume environment You’re self-motivated and care about making an impact You have a minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a Front-end department You’re available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends The Job Reporting to the Store Manager and Front End Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained You’ll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity You’ll support daily scheduling needs and coordination You’ll support ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco You’ll support with communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues Pay For This Job Pay: CA$23.50-CA$30.00 per hour Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25 Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills. Growth Range: Up to $30.00 There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
