If you are an experienced leader with a passion for meats and cheeses, this may be the job for you! Some Of What You Will Do Be responsible for sales, profits, and budgets of the department Supervise team members and create a positive work environment Maintain general cleanliness in the grocery department and store Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions and making recommendations Perform other duties as required Pay For This Job Pay: CA$26.25-CA$35.75 per hour Starting Range: $26.25-$30.50 Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills. Growth Range: Up to $35.75 There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time. Schedule Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends 40 hours per week What We Need From You You’re knowledgeable about fine meats, cheeses and fresh ready to go meals You’re a natural born leader and you know how to lead and inspire your team to be their best at work You’re a genuinely happy and outgoing people person You work with intensity and you like roll up your sleeves to get the job done You’re efficient, organized and enjoy working through challenges You manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities while working in a high-volume environment You’re self-motivated and care about making an impact You have 2 years of relative deli or grocery store leadership experience Physical Requirements Ability to safely bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures Here are some of the perks we have to offer: Get paid every Friday!
