What You Will Do Establish, maintain, and strengthen trusting relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high-quality client experience. Analyze insurance needs and formulate tailored recommendations aligned with clients' realities and challenges. Implement prospecting strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities. Develop proposals, present solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and ensure agreements are finalized. Contribute to achieving, and even exceeding, growth and retention targets. Develop and maintain effective collaborations with partner brokers, clients, and their business environments. Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance and a valid AMF license. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
