Position is permanent, full-time. Summary Of Responsibilities Managing, ordering, and stocking of all office supplies; Basic maintenance of photocopiers and the postage machine; Light tidying of pantries and the staff kitchen; Providing reception backup relief as needed; Delivery of time sensitive documents to other firms, financial institutions and the Court as needed; Assisting with special projects and/or administrative duties assigned by the office manager; and Depositing outgoing mail at end of day. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Spoken and written proficiency in English is required; bilingualism is considered an asset; 1 year of experience working in an administrative role or professional services environment; Must have their own vehicle for daily banking errands as needed (mileage is paid); Above average proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other applications; Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; and Superior organizational abilities and time management skills.
