The investigator will resolve complaints regarding the practice, conduct, or capacity of physicians by analyzing records and conducting interviews. They will maintain communication with legal counsel and stakeholders while delivering investigative reports to committees.

The QI Coach will support registrants in embedding quality improvement principles into their practice by reviewing Practice Improvement Plans and conducting coaching sessions. They are also responsible for preparing reports and participating in program improvement activities as directed by leadership.
