Job summary
Distribution Supervisor company: Global size Tier 1 CPG . Location: Hamilton, ON (Onsite) Schedule: 5-day shift Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 base salary About the Role The Distribution Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of products across an assigned territory. This person will build and lead a high-performing team of Delivery Drivers, driving strong execution in the field, high standards of customer service, and consistent achievement of delivery targets. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Drivers, setting clear expectations around delivery accuracy, timeliness, display execution, merchandising quality, product rotation, and maintaining clean, organized back-room/warehouse areas Perform weekly field audits to confirm the team is meeting standards for merchandising, point-of-sale placement, and product rotation Guarantee scheduled deliveries are completed in full, with zero missed accounts Partner closely with the Sales team to align on execution priorities — racks, point-of-sale materials, displays, and other account-specific instructions Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Manage staffing levels and training for the delivery team to keep the department fully operational What You Bring Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of Strong leadership and people-management experience A track record of self-driven, initiative-taking professional achievement Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills Background in consumer packaged goods or direct-store-delivery is an asset Comfortable working in Microsoft Office/Suite Experience with fact-based or consultative selling is a plus Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

Requirements
