Requisition ID: 181747 POSITION SUMMARY Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Ironworkers for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Structural Ironworker Ticket * Possession of a valid Fall Protection Ticket * Possession of a valid Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Ticket * Previous experience of rigging, crane signaling, connecting structural steel and bolt tensioning * Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites COMPENSATION AND SHIFT DETAILS * Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement * Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium if working nights * $150 per working day LOA will be offered for night shift only for non local candidates * ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) * Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) * Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) * Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours * Overtime and weekend work may be required ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests * No travel and living-out expenses provided * Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted PROJECT INFORMATION The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
