Job summary

We are currently recruiting for a Litigation Adjuster to join our team working with a national retailer. This is a fully remote role, with in-office or hybrid work arrangements available depending on your location. The successful candidate investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles claims by telephone, correspondence and when required through mediation (virtual or in person) and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters, experts and legal counsel on a task basis. Salary range from $50,000 to $70,000 annually. What you’ll do

The Litigation Adjuster investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles claims through various communication channels and mediation. They are responsible for managing losses within delegated authority while directing field adjusters, experts, and legal counsel.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of technical commercial casualty claims experience and hold or be working towards a CIP designation. An Independent Adjuster license is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
