Responsibilities: Assist customers with laundry services and provide excellent customer service. Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards. Keep the laundromat clean and organized for a pleasant customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs to management. Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times. Handle cash transactions and assist with customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Requirements: Previous experience in a laundromat or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Physical stamina to lift and move laundry items as needed. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
