STEM Education Specialist – Part-Time CREATESPACE Academy is hiring STEM Education Specialists for after-school programs in Burnaby and the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam & Port Moody). This is a very part-time position, teaching approximately 2–3 after-school lessons per week at elementary and middle schools. Our programs include LEGO Robotics, Coding, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Lego storytelling, and other hands-on STEM activities. Requirements Experience working with children; teaching experience preferred Interest or experience in STEM, robotics, coding, AI, or technology Energetic, patient, responsible, and dependable Comfortable leading groups of children Good communication skills Comfortable using tablets/computers Able to travel to schools in Burnaby and the Tri-Cities Valid First Aid certification required Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check required Position Details Part-time / After-school Approximately 2–3 lessons per week Weekday afternoons In-person Curriculum, lesson plans, and equipment provided Paid training provided To apply: Please submit your resume and include your teaching/childcare experience, STEM experience, availability, and transportation method.
