Job summary
Our corporate FI client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support large initiatives under the guidance of a Project Manager or Program Lead. This will be onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto. Fulltime hours per week, 6+ months. This role coordinates project activities, manages timelines, tracks risks and dependencies, and ensures alignment with business and technology objectives across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. You will: Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery activities across cross-functional teams. Support project initiation, including requirements gathering, resource onboarding, and documentation. Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and quality metrics. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, standups, and status reporting. Manage cross-team dependencies and support risk and issue resolution. Coordinate testing activities, defect tracking, and remediation efforts. Maintain project dashboards, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Experience supporting project delivery in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Knowledge of Clarity, Acumen and Visio. Experience with PowerPoint. Strong project coordination, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Familiarity with SAFe practices and Agile delivery methodologies is an asset.
