UX Designer

Our banking client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team. This will be for 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, remote, and starting in August/September. This will be onsite in Downtown Toronto, 4x per week. Rate range is $50-55 per hour, cad/ T4. What you will do: Design wireframes, hi-fidelity screens, prototypes, and the client's design system. Create Figma artifacts that flow cleanly into the Sitecore component pipeline Own the design system and reuse across 8 brand sites Ensure EN/FR parity (in the designs) Embed AODA/WCAG 2.1 AA from the component level up Must haves: 4+ yrs Figma experience Experience with design systems Accessibility-first design Automotive or multi-brand portfolio experience

The designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens while managing a design system across eight brand sites. They will also ensure Figma artifacts integrate with the Sitecore pipeline and maintain English and French parity.

Candidates must have over 4 years of Figma experience and a strong background in design systems and accessibility-first design. Experience with automotive or multi-brand portfolios is required.
