If you are looking to shape the future of influencer marketing, we would love to meet you. Role Overview Creator is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our agency services team. This role is responsible for providing influencer campaign strategy and management across a range of diverse clients. The ideal candidate is a well organized strong communicator who provides creative solutions that deliver results. You'll work as a part of our professional services team of managers and specialists, reporting to the head of agency services. Responsibilities: Plan, manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns Identify client goals and work to identify the KPIs and strategy to meet them Scope campaigns deliverables & timelines based upon KPIs and client budget Support campaign specialists in campaign execution and collaborate with them throughout the lifespan of the campaign Own client relationship and maintain prescribed SLAs Monitor campaign results, providing insightful learnings and action oriented plans when performance is not on pace to target Deliver time based reports to clients, including quarterly business reviews Create and present client-facing presentations with style and an eye for detail Support teammates collaboratively when possible/needed Partner with sales team on client pitches as required Become proficient in using our influencer marketing platform to recruit influencers, execute campaigns and track results Communicate feedback to all team members consistently and effectively Continually look for ways to build a better way to improve processes and implementation Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields Proven experience planning, managing and executing Influencer Marketing Campaigns 1+ year of client management experience Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute with minimal feedback Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Agency experience an asset What we offer: A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance) A vibrant, dog friendly office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per week An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals Opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to industry events and conferences A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication The opportunity to participate in the scaling up of a thriving company including the professional and personal upside that comes with it Compensation Range: We offer a starting salary of $55,000 - 70,000 CAD Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
