Job summary

Creed Media One of the world's most successful music marketing agencies, with HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and a lean team of 30 exceptional people. After 8 years in business, we’ve executed +20 000 campaigns and generated +15 billion impressions. Client base spans all leading labels and music-adjacent tech platforms. Creator campaigns are the core product. Our goal is to become the undisputed #1 global agency. The Role You own a portfolio of accounts with full revenue responsibility. You carry a personal quarterly target, and you build your own pipeline. Your time is 100% commercial: pipeline, proposals, closing, and account growth. You lead strategy on priority campaigns, and while you work closely with Campaign Managers, you bear no personnel responsibility. The goal with the role is to become the person labels call when they have a release that matters and need someone who understands what's actually happening on the platforms better than their internal teams do. You report to the CCO and work alongside a team of campaign managers who need someone who sets the bar for what great looks like. Not through training sessions. Through how you work. Who you are You have deep cultural fluency in music communities across TikTok and Instagram. You don't just know that sub-niches exist. You know how they behave differently, how they activate differently, and why a strategy that works in one community doesn't automatically work in another. You can look at a sound page and read it. You know whether a community is forming or scattered, whether organic adoption is real or manufactured, and what to do about either. You've done this enough times that it's pattern recognition, not analysis. You understand that creator marketing for music is different from influencer marketing. Recognizing the distinction between purchasing reach and programming a sound into a platform's recommendation engine is key. You've also built campaigns that led to organic adoption and know precisely what steps you took to achieve that. When label clients push you toward something the data doesn't support, you push back with specifics. You sell through knowledge, not through decks. Key Responsibilities Own accounts with individual revenue targets. Lead proposals end-to-end: scope, price, frame, and present and develop mid-tier accounts into key accounts over time. Build personal relationships with key stakeholders to expand your book of business. Lead strategy on high-priority campaigns. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through methodical outreach; drive renewals, upsells, and extensions. Influence commercial strategy, pricing, and deal structuring for complex engagements. Surface cross-account insights that shape Creed's commercial direction and go-to-market decisions. Qualifications At least 2 years of personally planning and executing creator campaigns for music releases Deep cultural fluency in music communities across TikTok and Instagram Deep working knowledge of the creator ecosystem: volume creators, edit pages, loop pages, thematic pages, clipping. Not traditional influencer buys. Experience reading and acting on streaming data: save rates, source of streams, Shazam patterns, playlist placement Strong label relationships: You know the people at Warner, Sony, Universal, and independents who make buying decisions Experience presenting strategy to label clients and earning trust through expertise Comfortable working across multiple markets and territories Experience working with record labels and/or artist management teams Some experience structuring complex deals, pricing models, multi-phase engagements, and partnership frameworks Deep expertise in a specific genre, market vertical, or platform (TikTok, META, Spotify) Background in agency-side commercial leadership or business development Understanding of music industry dynamics: label structures, release strategies, music release cycles, and artist development cycles Native or fluent English speaker Location This role is currently fully remote, with the option to use local co-working spaces in the future. We are hiring across major hubs, including Stockholm, London, Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto, and also offer the option to work remotely from other US cities. If your city is not on the list below, choose the closest one.
