Job summary

What You'll Do: Part of the Product organization, the Solutions Architect serves as the voice of the Product team in both internal and external settings. In this role, you will provide expertise and guidance to our retail partners and commercial teams to help them maximize the value of our platform and technology. The role requires close communication and collaboration with our Product, Business, and Marketing teams. Your ability to understand our environment from both a business and product perspective will be a key asset in advancing our strategic initiatives and partnerships. Responsibilities Work directly with commercial leadership to align client needs with product strategy Partner with retailers across the Americas, including both existing and prospective clients, to support their product strategy Represent the voice of the Americas market in internal roadmap discussions Participate in top retailer pitches and product demonstrations as the voice of Product Support partnership implementations and help drive projects to successful outcomes Act as a local product evangelist, sharing our positioning, market feedback, and best practice Who You Are: Strong communicator with the ability to learn from Criteo’s Product and R&D teams and translate that knowledge effectively for clients and internal teams Autonomous and self-driven, with a high level of initiative and ownership Experienced in hybrid roles with commercial accountability Strong understanding of retailer business models and challenges Technical background or familiarity with retailer integrations, AI, or machine learning We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
