Role Overview Join a frontier model training initiative as a Cardiology Expert, designing high-quality clinical reasoning content that shapes how next-generation models approach cardiovascular care. This is a flexible, fully asynchronous engagement built around your existing schedule. What You Will Be Doing Design clinically realistic scenarios and prompts spanning ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, heart failure optimization, structural heart decision-making, and imaging interpretation Author attending-level "golden" reference responses grounded in evidence-based and guideline-concordant practice Evaluate and grade model outputs against structured clinical rubrics Provide detailed written feedback used directly by the research team to refine model behavior Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions Who We Are Looking For Attending physicians who are board-certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license Final-year residents or board-eligible recent graduates in Cardiology Fellows who are board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty with an active, unrestricted medical license Subspecialty backgrounds welcomed: Interventional, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure/Transplant, Cardiac Imaging, Adult Congenital, and Pediatric Cardiology Clinicians who can communicate complex reasoning clearly in written form with precision and depth Role Details Compensation: $130 $180/hr Work Style: Fully remote and asynchronous Duration: Ongoing project-based engagement How To Apply Click Easy Apply to proceed Shortlisted candidates will be contacted with next steps
What you’ll do
