Job summary
Position: Java Developer Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $30 $80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring frameworks. Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems to improve reliability and performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively with distributed teams. Requirements Strong professional experience in Java backend development. Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend design principles. Experience building scalable enterprise-grade applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
