Job summary
Position: Physics Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $80 - $160/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Analyze and interpret magnetic structure factors using propagation-vector methodologies. Identify and classify magnetic phases using theoretical and experimental data. Curate and validate magnetic space group assignments with reference to established datasets. Evaluate birefringence and magneto-optic Kerr effect signatures for selected materials. Requirements Advanced academic background in condensed matter physics, specializing in magnetism. Proficiency in magnetic structure factor calculations and propagation-vector analysis. Experience classifying magnetic space groups with familiarity with MAGNDATA and BNS notation.
