Job summary
Position: Statistics Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $90 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Produce authoritative, accurate, and well-explained responses to advanced statistics queries. Review and evaluate statistics data, queries, and solutions for accuracy and completeness. Develop comprehensive explanations and justifications for statistics concepts. Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine project requirements. Create exemplary 'golden responses' for AI model outputs. Document context and rationale behind answers to enhance model interpretability. Participate in remote discussions or workshops to clarify objectives. Requirements PhD in Statistics or a closely related field with expertise in statistical topics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex statistical concepts. Experience creating, reviewing, or publishing scientific, technical, or educational materials in statistics. Familiarity with sub-disciplines such as probability theory, statistical inference, and Bayesian methods. Experience with MySQL and advanced data analysis techniques.
