*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers, managing transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases * Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions * Provide product information and demonstrations when needed * Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy * Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility * Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked * Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required * Uphold company policies on cash handling and security *Experience* * Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred * Strong communication skills in English * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling * Experience with merchandising is advantageous * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service to foster repeat business Pay: $16.75 per hour Work Location: In person
