Provide front-desk service and coordinate prospective-client intake, including calls and emails, consultations, conflict checks, file opening, and communication with lawyers and staff. Support office administration and facilities by maintaining records, coordinating vendors and supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and assisting with operational tasks and safety procedures.
