We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department at Crown Acura. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving productivity and profitability. What We Offer Industry-leading dental, extended health, and vision coverage Long-term disability and life insurance Fitness membership discount Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for career growth and development Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians Manage daily Service Department operations, workflow, and staffing Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and on time Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor department financial performance, expenses, and key performance indicators Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring recommended services provide value to customers Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize delays Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or similar automotive leadership role Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair operations Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s licence Automotive technical training or certification is considered an asset CROWN AUTO GROUP is an equal opportunity employer! Requirements

Candidates need 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role, strong knowledge of automotive service and repair operations, and proven leadership and customer service abilities. Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds, and a valid driver’s licence are required; automotive technical training or certification is an asset.
