The specialist is responsible for appraising customer vehicles and managing lead inquiries to maximize purchase appointments. They will also perform cold calls to encourage service customers to trade in their vehicles for new models.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in customer service and vehicle acquisition is preferred.
