We have a great opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Winnipeg Honda, the top Honda dealership in Manitoba located in the Waverley Auto Mall. As a Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand vehicle features, and completing necessary paperwork. Responsibilities: Ensure all units are ready 2 hours before delivery, inside the showroom (New and CPO) All other vehicles to be outside of the showroom, beside the delivery door Inspect all deliveries with FSM to ensure the delivery is complete/all commitments fulfilled Give customers a tour of facility (Service/ Parts/Lounge/Drive thru), Discuss Crown Autobody & Glass and BDC Introduce customers to department heads/available personal (after hours gather cards and show customers the Managers offices) Explain main shop and express lube areas, explain the services we provide (Wash, vacuum etc.) Go over the owner’s manual, maintenance guide, web portal Book the first service for the customer for 6 months out in the portal Explain the vehicle, how to work radio, navigation, pair phone, answer all questions Bolt on plates, front and back (install Dilawri plate frames) Inspect one last time for any issues, defects, bring to the managers attention ASAP. Turn customer back over to the Salesperson and Manager Take pictures and videos, upload to social media, tag customers as well During down time, do video walk-around of all new and preowned units, upload to social media such as Facebook or YouTube.
