Job summary
We are launching a new automotive paint protection business and are looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer who is excited by the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines expert installation with shop management, quality control, customer service, and team development. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while helping shape our processes and culture. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Perform high-quality installations of paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles, including full-body wraps, partial coverage, and custom applications. Install window tint and vinyl wraps (experience considered an asset). Ensure all installations meet the highest standards for fit, finish, and durability. Inspect completed work to maintain consistent quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Safely use and maintain installation tools and equipment. Perform high-quality installations of paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles, including full-body wraps, partial coverage, and custom applications. Install window tint and vinyl wraps (experience considered an asset). Ensure all installations meet the highest standards for fit, finish, and durability. Safely use and maintain installation tools and equipment. 3+ years of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience. Demonstrated ability to perform complex and full-vehicle PPF installations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
