Join Our Team! We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Detail Professional to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing showroom-quality finishes and have extensive experience with paint correction and polishing, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing Execute single-stage and multi-stage paint correction Polish vehicles to remove swirl marks, oxidation, scratches, and other paint imperfections Apply waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, and paint protection products Clean engine bays, wheels, wheel wells, and trim Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality standards Handle customer vehicles with professionalism and care Qualifications Previous professional automotive detailing experience is required Proficient in all aspects of machine polishing and paint correction Experience using rotary and dual-action polishers Strong understanding of polishing compounds, pads, finishing techniques, and paint systems Experience applying ceramic coatings is considered an asset Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive wages based on experience Modern equipment and premium detailing products Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Friendly, professional team environment Opportunity for advancement as our business continues to grow If you're passionate about automotive detailing and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we'd like to meet you.
