At CSN Champlain, we focus on efficiency, team support, and an exceptional customer experience. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Production & Flow Coordinator. Think of this role as preventative maintenance for our repair pipeline. You will oversee vehicle flow from blueprint to delivery, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies before they impact cycle times or quality. You'll work closely with Repair Planners, Technicians, Parts Coordinators, and leadership to keep the shop running proactively rather than reactively. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship building skills, strong operational awareness , a positive attitude, and the ability to bring people together around common goals. Primary Responsibilities Production & Flow Management: Schedule daily shop activities to balance workloads; ensure vehicles are properly staged and prioritized for continuous workflow Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring delays, implement Lean production principles, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Repair Planning Support: Partner with Repair Planners to verify parts availability, validate repair readiness, and catch hidden damage risks early Team Collaboration: Serve as a direct resource for technicians, bridging communication gaps between departments to keep everyone aligned. Foster a positive, solutions-focused culture centered on teamwork and continuous improvement Metrics & Quality: Track key performance indicators (cycle time, touch time, WIP) and perform operational audits to maintain strict quality standards and Identify trends.
