The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, leading cycle counts, and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse material flow. They also manage inventory performance KPIs, investigate variances, and provide leadership to warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
