The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for operational performance, monitoring project requirements and coordinating across functional groups. They are responsible for designing and publishing analytics reports while ensuring customer issues are resolved through defined escalation processes.
Job details
* Act as primary point of contact for the local customer on operational and performance issues. * Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations. * Issue regular reports on program performance. * Coordinate work of various functional groups such as: operations, IT, quality and billing. * Identify areas of non-conformance and develop remedial plans * Manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Resolve customer issues in a timely manner via a customer-defined escalation process and coordination of internal resources * Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved. * Partner with customer and business teams to gather accurate requirements for reporting and analytics. * Design, develop, validate and publish reports using Tableau, ensuring they meet all customer requirements, and with minimal rework. * Coordinate UAT of reports with customer before publishing. * Own communication of the progress to key stake holders via tracker requirements, and with minimal rework. * Coordinate UAT of reports with customer before publishing. * Own communication of the progress to key stake holders via tracker and weekly reporting. * Prioritize reporting and analytics requests for team assignments Required Skills * B.S. Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline is required. * 3-5 years Program, Project, or Operations Management experience in a fast-paced operation. * 3+ years working in a distribution or forward logistics operation. * Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis. * PMP Certification preferred, but not required. * Previous experience with quality systems a plus. * 2 years of experience with data reporting and analytics. * 2 years of SQL query experience. * 2 years of Advanced Tableau experience. * Experience in the telecommunications or cable industries is preferred. * Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs. * We thank all those who apply but only those individuals selected further consideration will be contacted.
