About The Role Support enterprise hospitality rollouts by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CulinaOS hardware stacks with high uptime expectations. What You'll Do Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and kitchen displays. Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations. Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution. Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware. Comfort operating in fast-paced on-site support environments.
