We proudly serve the East Kootenay region and carry trusted brands including Culligan Water, Beachcomber Hot Tubs, and Flaman Fitness. Our team is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to homes and businesses throughout the region. Position Overview As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering water and related products to residential and commercial customers along a designated route. This role involves physical work, customer interaction, and handling payments and basic paperwork. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of Cranbrook. Key Responsibilities * Deliver water and related products to homes and businesses in a timely and efficient manner * Load and unload delivery vehicles (including heavy water bottles) * Process deliveries, collect payments, and issue delivery slips * Accurately complete delivery paperwork and route documentation * Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve basic customer concerns * Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment * Follow all company safety procedures and driving regulations * Complete end-of-route check-ins and daily summaries Qualifications * Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record * Air brakes endorsement is considered an asset, but not required * Previous delivery or route driving experience is an asset, but not required * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23kg) regularly * Comfortable using a mobile device for delivery processing * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly wage * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid vacation in accordance with BC standards * Company-provided workwear * Paid training and opportunities for advancement * Employee discounts on company products Work Environment * Based in Cranbrook * Local routes within the East Kootenay region * Physically active role with regular lifting and movement * Occasional overtime may be required and is fully compensated in line with BC employment standards * This position is designated as safety-sensitive.
