The Service Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial water treatment equipment and coffee systems. They must also perform site inspections, collect payments, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures On call technician, as required Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
