Job Summary: Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location. We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in Mount Pearl, NL. will make an impact in the following ways: * Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles * Create work order, collect information, quote customers billable hours, submit warranty/claims * Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies * Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products * Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop * Perform branch administrative duties RESPONSIBILITIES In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: * Customer service experience * Completes complex internal engine repairs * Performs complex unassisted engine overhauls * Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools * Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components * Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation Education, Licenses, Certifications: Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training. QUALIFICATIONS The responsibilities for this role would include Service Writer and Warranty Administration duties supporting InShop, Field Service Engine and Powergen service events. There could be some additional branch administrative tasks assigned, as well as opportunities to support other Atlantic locations. The successful candidate will need the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working closely with service technicians and parts professionals. The work schedule will be Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm with an after-hours on-call rotation. Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
