Handle customer service requests, gather job details, create and maintain work orders, and schedule and dispatch technicians according to skills, location, availability, and urgency. Monitor jobs and communicate with customers and technicians, coordinate materials and administrative follow-ups, and escalate safety concerns or service issues as needed.
