Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Our Sensors & Controls division, located in Stratford, ON, is looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As our Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement methods and operational processes for the manufacture of electro-mechanical assemblies. You will also be a key team player in reviewing new product designs for manufacturability, building testing procedures, and continuous improvement project. What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in applicable Engineering field. Electrical Engineering degree or background preferred. * 3-5+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role with an Electrical Engineering focus. * Working knowledge of brushless DC motors and rotary transformers desired. * Strong CAD Software skills for tool design. * Demonstrated ability to evaluate, create, and improve manufacturing processes including equipment, documentation, and training. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field, with a preference for Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role is required, along with strong CAD software skills.
