Hi, Role : Salesforce Senior Architect – Communications Cloud Location: Toronto, ON . Travel: Open to candidates willing to travel Fulltime. Position Summary Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Architect / Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud and a deep Telecommunications domain background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DRO (Decomposition, Rating & Orchestration) and Order Capture, along with proven experience delivering Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions. Provide hands-on expertise across DRO (Decomposition, Rating & Orchestration) and Order Capture capabilities. Design scalable solutions supporting complex telecommunications products, offers, orders, and fulfillment processes. Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and telecom SMEs to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and technical standards. Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and implementation. Support end-to-end implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production rollout. Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure solutions align with Salesforce and enterprise architecture standards. Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Salesforce Senior Architect / Salesforce Technical Architect / Salesforce Consultant. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Communications Cloud. Strong hands-on experience with DRO – Decomposition, Rating & Orchestration. Experience with Order Capture and telecommunications order management processes. Proven experience implementing Salesforce solutions in the Telecommunications domain. Strong understanding of telecom products, offers, ordering, fulfillment, and service processes. Experience designing Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect. Experience with complex enterprise Salesforce transformations. Experience working with large telecommunications organizations. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
