About the Role: We are seeking an Industrialization and Deployment Manager to join the Model-Based Definition, Manufacturing & Inspection (MB-DMI) team within the Quality organization. MB-DMI is a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, 3D model-based processes, automation, and digital inspection methods to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness. In this role, you will lead the industrialization and deployment of innovative manufacturing technologies across internal and external customer sites. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness while driving organizational adoption of digital manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead digital manufacturing technology deployment projects from planning through production implementation. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and project reporting. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and successful deployment. Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Evaluate Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and define actions required for industrialization and production readiness. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth implementation. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers, and digital solution partners. Support continuous improvement and organizational change management initiatives. Promote adoption of MB-DMI technologies and serve as an ambassador for digital manufacturing transformation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in project management, industrialization, continuous improvement, or business transformation. Knowledge of: Mechanical Design Manufacturing Processes GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Dimensional Inspection Experience working in cross-functional engineering or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Process Mapping, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both English and French. Ability to work onsite in Longueuil, Quebec, five days per week. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering and/or PMP certification. Experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives. Aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industry experience. Knowledge of Jira. Experience with ENOVIA V6 or other PLM systems. Programming knowledge (Python, C++, or similar). Understanding of metrology, manufacturing, and production processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Évaluer le niveau de maturité technologique (TRL) et définir les actions requises pour l'industrialisation. Collaborer avec les équipes d'Ingénierie, Fabrication, Qualité, Opérations et Approvisionnement. Développer et maintenir un réseau de partenaires internes et externes. Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et de gestion du changement. Agir comme ambassadeur de la transformation numérique manufacturière au sein de l'organisation. Exigences Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, aéronautique, industriel ou logiciel. Minimum de 3 années d'expérience pertinente. Expérience en gestion de projets, amélioration continue ou transformation organisationnelle. Connaissance de : La conception mécanique Les procédés de fabrication L'inspection dimensionnelle Les tolérances géométriques (GD&T) Expérience dans un environnement multidisciplinaire. Connaissance des outils de cartographie des processus, PFMEA (AMDEC Process), Lean Manufacturing et Six Sigma. Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais. Disponibilité à travailler en présentiel cinq jours par semaine à Longueuil. Atouts Maîtrise en ingénierie ou certification PMP. Expérience en gestion du changement et en transformation organisationnelle. Expérience dans les secteurs aéronautique, automobile ou manufacturier de haute technologie. Connaissance de Jira. Expérience avec ENOVIA V6 ou d'autres systèmes PLM. Connaissances en programmation (Python, C++ ou équivalent). Bonne compréhension de la métrologie, des procédés de fabrication et de la production manufacturière. Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de leadership.
