SNOW PLOW DRIVER

Responsibilities Operate a Snow Plow Truck to service the City of Markham streets (highways not included). Must be available to be on call 24/7 during the winter season (November 2026 to April 2027). Qualifications Must hold a valid DZ (or AZ) license, with an acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR record (which will be reviewed prior to offering employment). Previous plow experience isn’t required, but is an asset. Previous truck driving experience is required. Committed and dependable, and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed. Compensation: This position includes a weekly on-call rate, as well as an hourly rate for the time spent plowing (starting at $32/hr).
