We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive site coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This is a hands-on role that combines site cleaning/organization, subcontractor coordination, and health & safety responsibilities to help keep projects running efficiently. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site. Responsibilities Be present on site daily (approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Act as the primary Health & Safety Representative for the project Ensure all required Health & Safety documentation and certifications are completed and maintained Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site Coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager regarding daily site activities Work closely with subcontractors to ensure work is progressing according to schedule Address day-to-day site issues and help keep projects moving forward Monitor site housekeeping and ensure subcontractors maintain clean work areas Assist with general site logistics and coordination as required Qualifications Previous construction experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Positive attitude with a willingness to be hands-on
