We carry a wide selection of plushies, figures, trading cards, model kits, and other unique products that create a fun and exciting shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members who enjoy customer service and thrive in a retail environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service * Assist customers with product recommendations and promotions * Process transactions accurately using our POS system * Restock shelves and maintain organized merchandise displays * Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing * Help with receiving and pricing merchandise * Support the team during busy periods and special events *Qualifications* * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable, punctual, and responsible * Comfortable approaching customers and working toward sales goals * Ability to multitask in a fast and slow-paced environment * Interest in anime, gaming, or collectibles is an asset, but not required *Requirements* * Availability to work morning shifts , evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to stand for extended periods * Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs * Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required *What We Offer* * Fun and energetic work environment * Opportunities for growth within the company * Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
