HVAC Jr. Maintenance Mechanic

The role involves participating in apprenticeship training to learn the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC equipment. You will support maintenance teams with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and routine mechanical tasks while ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations.

Perform independent diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on advanced commercial HVAC equipment including chillers and magnetic bearing systems. Provide technical guidance to junior technicians, manage service documentation, and ensure high-quality customer communication.

Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units. Lead retrofit projects and provide technical guidance to apprentice technicians while maintaining accurate service records.
