\n What you will do * Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance. * Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components. * Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. * Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems. * Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures at all times. * Work closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. * Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed. * Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities. What we are looking for * 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred. * Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing. * Knowledge of commercial roofing safety practices and OSHA requirements. * Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions. * Strong work ethic with a willingness to travel extensively. * Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
