Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, while taking over an established patient roster and optionally accepting patients from the waitlist. Build trusting patient relationships, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain electronic medical records, participate in quality improvement and continuing education, and provide rotating after-hours or same-day coverage where applicable.
