(50%) Medical Records: Acts as a customer service representative and assists in annual pre-arrival project with duties as assigned by MR/R supervisor, including data entry in the EMR , assisting with releases of information following HIPAA confidentiality policies, scans protected health information to the medical records system, receives cash and credit card payments for payable services. (50%) Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all. Performs other duties as assigned.
