Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Prospecting Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, phone, and other creative channels. Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. Account Development Expand existing target accounts by identifying additional stakeholders, business units, and opportunities. Re-engage dormant prospects from our existing CRM and database. Develop targeted prospect lists within strategic industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, and digital commerce. Lead Qualification Engage prospects who have interacted with Datmos through white papers, webinars, events, marketing campaigns, or other inbound initiatives. Qualify business needs, challenges, and opportunities before handing them off to the Sales team. Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Sales Executives. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximize top-of-funnel performance. Keep CRM data accurate and up to date. Contribute ideas to continuously improve prospecting strategies, messaging, and conversion rates. Profile & Qualifications 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales. Experience in technology, SaaS, digital services, eCommerce, or consulting environments is considered a strong asset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working autonomously. Comfortable researching companies, identifying opportunities, and navigating complex organizations. Results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets. Curious, resilient, and persistent when facing challenges. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms is an asset. Professional proficiency in English is required. Requirements

Candidates need 1 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within technology, SaaS, or eCommerce. Professional proficiency in English is required, and experience with CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an asset.
